Hello everyone, today we had a visit from Mrs. Knäuper, who presented us, the volksrolli for testing. Through her expertise, it was a lot of fun to get to know this, in its mobility and equipment. After a briefing on the technology and a small driving test, we decided to use the scooter. With Mrs. Knäuper, we have met a self-confident specialist, who by chance also has a birthday with me, really likeable the two, anytime gladly again, LG Sabine and Wilfried Kühn

The appointment was made quickly and very uncomplicated via telephone. Mr. Behrend came directly to our appointment with a wheelchair, which was explained to us in detail, all extra equipment was shown and we were allowed to make a test drive. Mr. Behrend was very nice, friendly and competent. We are happy to recommend FellerHoff to others.

I spoke to a lady from the partner company "Sonilift" on the phone yesterday and the very next day Mr. Behrendt from the company "Fellerhoff-MED TEC" came to my home to introduce me to the foldable, electric wheelchair "Volksrolli". I am enthusiastic about the wheelchair as well as the service on the phone and on site. Mr. Behrendt was extremely friendly, patient, professional and competent and addressed all my concerns. He took a whole hour for me and I was allowed to test drive the wheelchair on the street or sidewalk. The wheelchair really has everything a (walking) sick person needs and longs for! In addition, no whopping co-payment from your own pocket is required and a normal prescription for an electric wheelchair is enough !!!! I am very lucky to have come across this company/companies and no longer have to use another wheelchair. I wish every (walking) sick person this relief on four wheels! The appointment for the test drive was fast and uncomplicated! The test drive itself was then very friendly and very extensive! All questions could be answered in detail! Overall, the contact with Mr. Wiedmann was very friendly and I was able to make my decision for this product completely satisfied! The candidate has 100 points!!!
